Alandalus posts 10.3% net profit rise in 9M 2019

Alandalus Property Co. (ALANDALUS)

Alandalus Property Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 49.99 million in the first nine months of 2019, an increase by 10.32 percent, as compared to SAR 45.31 million in the same period in 2018.

The company said in a bourse statement that the increase can be attributed to a growth in operational profit and decrease in Zakat provision.

In Q3 2019, Alandalus posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 14.59 million as compared to SAR 12.62 million in the same quarter last year, a rise by 15.61 percent, on increase in revenue.

On a quarterly basis, Q3 net profit decreased on finance costs related to new leased office tower in Jeddah.
