Basic Chemical Industries approves board remuneration policy

Basic Chemical Industries' (BCI) ordinary general assembly on Tuesday approved the remuneration policy for its board members and committees, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

Shareholders also approved the updated audit committee rules, the list nominations and remunerations committee, as well as the criteria and procedure governing the membership of the board.
