Extra approved the adoption of cumulative voting:

An extraordinary general assembly meeting of the united electronic company's "Extra" BOD was held Sunday March 18th, 2012 to approve the adoption of cumulative voting for BOD members elections for the upcoming sessions.

Consequential amendments to the company's bylaw are also made.
