Herfy reappoints Al-Azzawi as Chairman, names Al Muhaidib Deputy

Herfy Food Service Co.’s board of directors reappointed Moataz Al-Azzawi as Chairman and Isam Al Muhaidib as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also formed the audit committee to include Ghassan Shalabi as Chairman, and Mohammed Alnahas and Aly Barakat as members.

The remuneration and nomination committee was also formed, comprising Riyadh Alzahrani as Chairman, and Waleed Fatani and Morhaf Alsamman as members.

Meanwhile, the executive committee was elected to include Moataz Al-Azzawi as Chairman and Isam Al Muhaidib and Ahmad Al Faleh as members.

Additionally, the company named its representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) for all matters related to the implementation of the CMA’s regulations, in addition to the appointment of the board and committees secretary.

Herfy noted that these decisions are effective from May 1, 2024 and for a period of four years.
