Alujain shareholders scrap remuneration regulations

Alujain Co.’s plant 

Alujain Corp.’s shareholders scrapped the company's remuneration regulations at the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held yesterday, April 28, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, the OGM approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2024.
