Saudi Paper reappoints Abdulrahman Al Meshal as Chairman

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s board of directors reappointed Abdulrahman Al Meshal (non-executive) as Chairman and Bashar Aba Al-Khail (Independent) as Vice Chairman for the current three-year term ending on April 26, 2027.

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, April 28, the company said that the board formed the remuneration and nominations committee to include Saad Al-Amari, Saud Al-Ammari and Abdulrahman Al Meshal.

 

Meanwhile, they approved the formation of the audit committee, comprising Bashar Aba Al-Khail, Saleh Al-Shenaifi and Walid Al-Bassam.

 

Additionally, they appointed Fahd bin Darwish as the board’s secretary. They also named the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul for all purposes related to the application of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
