Shareholders of Marble Design Co. greenlit the board of directors’ recommendation on a 17% cash dividend, or SAR 1.7 per share, for the second half of 2023, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on April 25.

In a statement to Tadawul, the marble producer said that shareholders also approved transferring its SAR 3.5 million general reserve to the retained earnings account, based on the company’s 2023 financial statements.
The board was also authorized to distribute interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2024.
