Alinma Investment Co., the financial advisor overseeing the initial public offering (IPO) of Yaqeen Capital on the Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offering price at SAR 40 per share.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the offering period for qualified investors will run from May 5 until May 12.
According to data available on Argaam, the company plans to offer 20% of its SAR 150 million capital, which is divided into 15 million shares.
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved on March 18 Yaqeen Capital’s request to list and float three million shares on Nomu.
Yaqeen Capital was established in 2006 as a closed joint stock company named Falcom Financial Services. It operates in securities brokerage services, investment banking, asset and portfolio management, and research.
