Arabian Pipes shareholders to elect board members for new term on May 14

Shareholders of Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) will vote on electing board members in an ordinary general meeting (OGM) set for May 14, for the upcoming three-year term.

 

The new term will start on May 22, 2024, and end on May 21, 2027, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual/quarterly basis for 2024, the statement added.
