Saudi Cable shareholders elect new board members

Saudi Cable Co.’s shareholders approved electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting from April 4, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 3, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new elected members are Nael Samir Fayez, Walid Abdulaziz Al Shuwaier, Shabib Hassan Al-Haqbani, Khalid Asaad Khashogji, Sabri Abdullah Alghamdi, Abdulkarim Mohammed Al Nuhayer, Zeyad Abdullateef Al-Barrak, Saleh Abdullah Alshathri, and Abdulaziz Saleh Abalkhail.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders disapproved of the board policy as regards the remuneration of the board, committees as well as the executive management, the statement added.
