Obeikan Glass shareholders elect board members for new term

Obeikan Glass Co. shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting today, April 1, until March 31, 2027, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 31.

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, the new board will include Abdullah Mohammed Al-Humaidhi, Abdul Rahman Al-Obaid, Abdullah Al-Obeikan, Omran Al-Obeikan, Abdulaziz Al-Rebdi, Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed, and Abdulkarim Alnujaidi.

 

An amount of SAR 994,000 was rewarded to board members for the year ending on Dec. 31, 2023, the statement pointed out.

 

The board of directors was authorized to distribute semi-annual or quarterly interim dividends for 2024.
