TAQAT Mineral shares to debut on Nomu on March 28

TAQAT Mineral Trading Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on March 28, under the symbol 9599 and ISIN code SA161G94LVH0.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement today, March 26.

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing today the subscribed shares of TAQAT Mineral into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

TAQAT Mineral offered 2.44 million shares on Nomu, representing 20% of post-IPO capital, at SAR 18 per share, according to Argaam's data.
