Thob Al Aseel Chairman transfers 2.5% of his shares to sons

Thob Al Aseel Co. received on March 2 a letter from Faisal Aljedaie, Chairman and one of its former major shareholders, indicating the transfer of a portion of his stake, representing 2.5% of the company's capital, to his sons.

 

Accordingly, this resulted in a change in the major shareholders' list, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The major shareholders' list, published on Feb. 27, showed a decline in Faisal Aljedaie's stake in the company from 5.13% to 2.63%, according to data available with Argaam.
