Marble Design board recommends transfer of general reserve to retained earnings

Marble Design Co.’s board of directors recommended, on Feb. 27, to the ordinary general assembly, transferring the company’s general reserve to retained earnings.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the general reserve amounts to SAR 3.5 million as of Dec. 31, 2023.
