Al Mohafaza for Education sets IPO price range at SAR 14-18/share on Nomu

Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on the initial public offering (IPO) of Al Mohafaza Company for Education on the Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offering price range between SAR 14 and 18 per share. 

  

The book-building process for qualified investors has commenced, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

  

Al Mohafaza for Education earlier announced plans to float 1.6 million shares on Nomu, constituting 20% post-offering and 23.88% pre-offering capital, according to data available on Argaam.
