Fad International Co.’s board of directors approved on Feb. 8, the resignation of independent board member Hazem Zagzoug, according to a filing to Tadawul.
Zagzoug submitted the resignation to devote himself to his own business, the company noted.
It added that the resignation took effect from its approval date.
