Natural Gas Distribution’s shareholders elect board members

Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the new three-year term from Feb. 5, 2024, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The new board members are Majed Al-Issa, Raed Al-Haidari, Abdul Rahman Suleiman, Abdul Latif Al Abdul Latif, Abdul Hadi Al-Qahtani and Majid Al-Asilan.
