Arab Sea signs MoU to acquire business solutions provider Sharek

Arab Sea Information Systems Co. signed today, Jan. 16, a non-binding memorandum of understanding to study the acquisition of 100% of Technical Business Co. for Communications and Information Technology (Sharek).

 

The MoU is valid for one year from the signing date, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

There are no related parties to the MoU.

 

Sharek is a Saudi company established in 2017, which specializes in providing innovative solutions for the business sector and remote business solutions for commercial and non-profit sectors.
