Waja renews SAR 12M credit facility with SNB

Waja Co. signed a contract to renew a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement with Saudi National Bank (SNB) at a value of SAR 12 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The credit facility term is one year, said the company, adding that it is guaranteed by a promissory note.

 

The financing is aimed at funding the issuance of credit letters of guarantee for projects. There are no related parties, said the company.
