Ash-Sharqiyah signs MoU with Addoha Poultry

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Addoha Poultry Co., aiming to foster strategic cooperation in the poultry industry and related projects.

 

The MoU, with a validity of 180 days and the potential for extension upon both parties’ consent, lays the groundwork for a strategic collaboration in the poultry industry and related projects, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Both companies aim to leverage their unique strengths and capabilities, maximizing returns.

 

Ash-Sharqiyah seeks to identify high-impact projects that will unlock the full potential of its Fadhili land in the Eastern Province by leveraging Addoha Poultry's proven expertise and established track record.

 

The financial impact of the MoU will be disclosed upon the signing of binding agreements between the two parties, the statement added.
