Edaa deposits subscribed securities for Al-Omran’s rights issue today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co.’s subscribed securities for the rights issue into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Dec. 7, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company offered six million rights shares at SAR 10 each at a total value of SAR 60 million, to increase its capital to SAR 120 million from SAR 60 million, Argaam earlier reported.

 

Al-Omran’s rights offering was 95.31% covered. Investors subscribed to 5.71 million new shares at SAR 57.19 million. The rump offering was 627.67% oversubscribed.
