Edaa applies Leen Alkhair capital hike to shareholder portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Leen Alkhair Trading Co.'s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, Oct. 30, according to a Tadawul filing.

 

The company's extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved, on Oct. 25, the board's recommendation to increase capital by 100% by capitalizing a portion of retained earnings, according to data available with Argaam.
