Amwaj International obtains certificate from LCGPA

Amwaj International Co. obtained a certificate from the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA) for the fiscal year (FY) ended Dec. 31, 2022, with a percentage of 6.86%.

 

The certificate is valid for 19 months, starting from the end of the abovementioned FY, Amwaj International said in a statement to Tadawul today, Oct. 19.

 

The local content is a national program with all economic segments contributing to its development. The initiative aims to preserve the largest possible amount of money spent on purchases within the Kingdom by target groups, whether governmental or private entities.

 

Amwaj International is committed to its role in the national program, enhancing local capabilities and maximizing the national purchasing power to build a strong, sustainable economy. This commitment led to the company’s certification by LCGPA, paving the way for broader opportunities in line with future goals, it added.
