Tadweeer names SNB Capital as financial advisor on TASI transition

National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) appointed SNB Capital as financial advisor to handle the company's application to transition to the main market (TASI), according to a statement to Tadawul today, Aug. 27.

 

The TASI transition is subject to Tadawul’s approval and is conditioned on meeting all the requirements stipulated in the listing rules.

 

Shareholders will be informed of any further developments in this regard, Tadweeer noted.

 

The company's board approved, on Aug. 13, the transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI, according to Argaam's data.

 

In May 2022, Tadweeer debuted on Nomu as a direct listing.
