Tadweeer board nods to transition to TASI

National Environmental Recycling Co.’s (Tadweeer) board approved today, Aug. 13, the company’s transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to the main market (TASI), assigning the executive management to finalize the relevant procedures. 

 

The company will announce to its shareholders any future developments in this regard in due course, according to a statement to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today.

 

The transition to the main market is subject to Tadawul’s approval and is conditioned on meeting all the requirements stipulated in the listing rules, Tadweeer noted.
