Ghida Al-Sultan starts trading on Nomu today

Ghida Al-Sultan Co. will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market today, April 13, with the symbol 9567 and ISIN Code: SA15PHA4LFH9.

 

Shares will trade with a daily fluctuation limit is ±30% and static price fluctuation limit is ±10%.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on Dec. 5, 2022, the application received from the company to float its shares on Nomu.

 

The company floated 640,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of its share capital, at SAR 84 per share. The initial public offering (IPO) was 108.96% covered.

 

This is the eleventh listing on Nomu this year. The market witnessed three direct listings and eight offerings to qualified investors.

 

Nomu welcomed 32 companies last year, with 13 direct listings and 18 offerings to qualified investors, in addition to one REIT. 

 

Ghida Al-Sultan’s listing will bring the total number of Nomu constituents to 56, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.
