Knowledge Tower shareholders approve 12.5% cash dividend for FY 2021/22

Knowledge Tower Trading Co.’s shareholders approved the board's recommendation to distribute a cash dividend at 12.5% of capital (SAR 1.25 per share) for the fiscal year ended on March 31, 2022, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 12, as follows:
