Umm Al-Qura for Development and Construction company, owner and developer of Masar, the 100-billion riyal destination, announced the signing of an agreement with BTC Networks to implement the information and technology systems centre in Masar Ddestination which includes infrastructure areas: Masar Front, main car parking, pedestrian passageways and underpasses, roads branching from main streets, vehicle tunnels and underpasses.

 

Engineer Ibrahim Al-Kharboush, Executive Vice President of BTC networks, praised the implementation and partnership with Umm Al-Qura elaborating on the importance of the infrastructure to build the fourth generation of artificial intelligence to manage and operate the project, which has an impact on improving the quality of life for Makkah visitors and residents.

 

Meanwhile, Mr. Yasser Abuateek, CEO of Umm Al-Qura for Development and Construction company, expressed his enthusiasm in the collaboration with BTC Services given their extensive experience in ICT development work locally and regionally. BTC Networks is a leading partner with three decades of experience that will support the destination’s smart infrastructure in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision of digital transformation, which plays an immense role in improving the quality of life and enriching visitors’ experience in Makkah city.
