Arabian Centres authorizes board to pay interim dividends for fiscal year ending March 2023

Arabian Centres Co.’s (ACC) shareholders approved on Sept. 28 delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023.

The transactions and contracts, which will be concluded between the company and related parties, were also approved, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The mall operator paid a 15% cash dividend, or SAR 1.5 per share, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, Argaam earlier reported.
