Amwaj International shareholders approve amending some articles of association

Amwaj International Co.’s shareholders gave the go-ahead for amending some of the company’s articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Sept. 5, according to a bourse filing.

 

These amendments are related to Amwaj International’s transformation from a closed to a listed joint-stock company. This is in addition to changes to the company's name and shareholders' register.
