Mulkia Gulf REIT to distribute Q2 2022 cash dividend as of Aug. 4

Mulkia Investment, the fund manager of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund, said that the 1.3% cash dividend for Q2 2022 will be distributed as of Aug. 4, according to a bourse filing today.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Mulkia Gulf REIT will pay a 1.3% cash dividend for the second quarter of 2022, at SAR 0.13 per unit, as the record date was yesterday, July 24.

 

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) will distribute dividends to eligible unitholders through direct transfer to their bank accounts linked to investment portfolios, the statement clarified.
