Shares of Amwaj International Co. will debut on Nomu - Parallel Market on Thursday, June 16, with the symbol 9537 and ISIN Code: SA15IH44L0H7.

 

Daily price fluctuation limits will be set at +/- 30% while static price fluctuation limits will be +/- 10%.

 

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced depositing the company's subscribed securities today to eligible shareholders.

 

The company offered 600,000 shares, or 10% of its capital at SAR 72 per share, during the period May 22-25.
