BCI shareholders to start e-voting on OGM agenda on May 22

Shareholders of Basic Chemical Industries Co. (BCI) will start, on May 22, the electric voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for May 25, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

They will vote on audited financial statements for 2021, as well as board and auditor’s reports for the same period.

 

Other agenda items include appointing board members from among nominees and absolving the board of directors from liability for 2021. They also include delegating the board with the OGM powers for one year from the OGM approval date or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier.
