Amwaj International Co. plans to offer 600,000 ordinary shares, or 10% of capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market, Marifa Capital, the financial advisor on the potential offering, said in a bourse filing.
The final offering price will be determined after completing the book-building process, and the offering will run through May 22-25.
In March, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Amwaj International’s application to register and offer 600,000 shares, or %10 of its capital, on Nomu, Argaam reported.
