Under the patronage of Mohammed ElKuwaiz, Chairman of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Capital Market Forum (SCMF) 2022 will kick off on March 22.

 

The forum is organized by Saudi Tadawul Group, with Argaam as media sponsor. 

 

Government entities, several listed companies and financial players in the capital market will gather to participate in this forum and discuss ways to improve the Saudi capital market, as well as the recent developments in the financial sector.

 

In its first edition, the forum aims to be a main platform that brings together stakeholders in the Saudi capital market. A number of decision makers, top officials and sector leaders will participate in the forum through a series of panel sessions.

 

Ahead of the event launch, a series of virtual workshops will be held on March 21 to raise awareness about the most important topics in the capital market including: direct listing; exchange traded funds (ETFs); environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and derivatives market.

 

The SCMF 2022 agenda includes the Saudi capital market from an interactive viewpoint. The forum will close with the Saudi capital market awards ceremony in its second edition.
