Anaam gets CMA nod on capital increase via SAR 210 mln rights issue

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Anaam International Holding Group Co.'s request to increase capital by a SAR 210 million rights issue, according to a statement.

 

Shareholders of record with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) as of the closing on the second trading day after the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), which will be determined later, will be entitled to the increase.

 

The offering price and the number of offered shares will be determined on the EGM day.

 

The rights issue prospectus will be posted and made available to the public later.

 

In July 2021, Anaam filed for the CMA’s approval on a capital increase via a rights issue, Argaam reported.
