solutions inks SAR 140 mln managed services contract with stc

Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) inked a SAR 139.97 million managed services agreement with stc – a related party.

 

According to a bourse filing, under the contract, solutions will operate, maintain and support stc IT network.

 

The contract spans 24 months, starting Nov. 1, 2021, and the relevant financial impact will reflect on solutions’ financial results as of Q1 2022.

 

The project scope includes end-to-end testing (E2E), analysis & design, core business applications (CBA), outtasking, multiple operations (MSPs) DevOps & RCA applications, end-user automation infrastructure management, and application software licenses & capacity management.

 

According to data available with Argaam, stc owns 79% of solutions.
