MOBI shareholders to vote on 10% cash dividend for Q2 2021 on Oct. 11

National Fertilizer Co.’s (MOBI) shareholders will vote on approving the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend (SAR 1 a share) for the second quarter of 2021, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on Oct. 11.

The company said in a bourse filing that shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.

 

Other meeting agenda items include voting on electing board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting from Oct. 11, 2021.
