Alhokair Group elects board members for upcoming term

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development’s (Alhokair Group) shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting today, April 19, 2021, during the general assembly meeting held on April 18.

 

The new board includes Majid bin Abdulmohsen Alhokair, Sami bin AbdulMohsen Alhokair, Amr bin Abdulaziz Al-Jalal, Raed Abu Zenada, Bandar bin Khalid Alhokair, Faisal Shaker, Eyad Al Bunyan, Ramzi Abu Khadra and Khaled Anib.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders elected Amr Abdul Aziz Al-Jalal, Ramzi Kanaan Abu Khadra, and Sulaiman Al-Qahidan as members of the audit committee for the same term, and approved the functions, controls and remuneration.
