Raydan to open franchise branch in Hafar Al-Batin today

Raydan Food Co. is set to open a new franchise branch in Star Plaza Center, Hafar Al-Batin, today, Oct. 26, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The relevant financial impact will appear on the company’s revenue for Q4 2020, the statement added.

 

In December, Raydan signed a franchise agreement with its agent Jalal Rahim Co. at a total value of $30,000 (SAR 112.500), including franchise fees and a percentage of sales. Under the 5-year renewable agreement, Jalal Rahim will distribute Raydan products in Star Plaza Center, Hafar Al-Batin, Argaam reported.
