Al Kathiri launches rights trading, subscription today

Al Kathiri Holding Co.'s subscription to new shares and the rights trading begins today, Oct. 12, 2020 to increase capital from SAR 45.21 million to SAR 90.42 million, the company said in a bourse statement on Monday.

 

Rights trading will end on Oct. 19, while subscription to the new shares will close on Oct. 22.

 

Al Kathiri is offering 4.52 million shares at SAR 10 each. Every registered shareholder is eligible for 1 right for every share held.
