Trading ban on MRNA’s major shareholders ends today

The ban on Morabaha Marina Financing Co.’s (MRNA) major shareholders from selling shares was lifted today, Dec. 20, six months after the stock began trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on June 21.

 

The major shareholders, who owned 24.88% of the capital, were subjected to a six-month ban starting from the stock’s debut on Tadawul.

 

As of today, they can sell their shares without prior approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
